If using a Samsung s6 save number under spam and add to auto reject list in fone book simple this number bothers me no more. before i did this it called me 3 times per day for 3 weeks i dont answer numbers like this anyway but its a pain i dont want a card reader i told them 100s of times i use paypal.....

Card payment services provider. I have spoken to real people at this company and they have been polite and professional. However also had cold call hang-ups from the same number. Either their phone has been hacked and used by scam/phishing or they use automated call queues, so just as you answer they have moved on to the next call. Either way their systems are not up to knowing when they have spoken to a real prospective customer. Didn t go with this company.

And incidentally I was performing Brain surgery at the time of the call and had to pull my hands out of the patient in a hurry to answer, I dropped my phone inside the skull and had to fish around for it. SCAM - claims to be from HMRC informing me there is a tax fraud case going against me and to press 1 to continue - I didn't!
Fraud I got a phone call from this number today stating that this not listening to this will be considered a crime against her majesty. Speaking with the caller later, caller laughed at me and hang up. 100% scam or fraud.
No response when answered. Total silence. Very annoying.

I received a call from a chap who called himself Brady, from the Nuisance Calls Prevention Service in Brighton at 6.05pm on 26th February 2015. He told me that he was aware that I was receiving a high ratio of nuisance calls and that he was going to stop them for me... all good up to this point! He then went on to say that for ?2 per month the calls would be stopped!!!! Definitely a scammer, but what worries me is that he knew my name and ex-directory telephone number.

No Answer when picked up. eventually a recorded 'Goodbye', so probably either either checking my number is live or expecting people to bring back if their answerphone picked up the message and its assumed an important call missed.

These are a pest but all they can do is ring up or send you a letter if you speak to them admid nothing just answer with you rang me when they ask for details there a debt collecter with no clout they cant come to your property as they are Not high court enforcement officers or agents.

got called today, they said they would make laptop run faster again if i paid ?315!!!! i did give them remote access to the laptop as i didn t know it was a scam till l8r! i am now attempting to gaet rid of stuff on laptop

From looking the number up and finding all these comments saying Vanquis - i called Vanquis up asking why a debt collecting agency is harrassing me when I paid off any money oweing last year and wrote a letter of cancellation LAST YEAR! I dont even have a valid in date credit card with them - how could I owe money?! They obviously havent closed my account! Because I cant remember an email address of password from 4 Years ago they will not talk to me about the account! Vultures!! They should be closed down.
Received text from 07413284805 saying "...records indicate you may be entitled to ?3750 for mis-sold insurance" and to text back or call this 0844 number. I ve never taken the insurance - its a scam. I wonder if there is an automated way to respond to their text and overload it... Just a thought.
