BEWARE - scammer. 2nd identical call today. A male with an Indian accent told me his name was Winston and he was calling from BT. I asked him what my BT account number is, but he did not answer and said he was calling because of a problem with my router / browser. automated call received today with voice attendant - Emma Macintosh - clearly a voice dialler - but very responsive give impression of being a person then passed onto a supervisor. Played along with the supervisor for a bit then they hung up.
