Hung up when I answered. Called the number which answered with the message "This number is no longer in service. Call 118018". Follows a silent call from a Stranraer number yesterday (01776). Distinctly odd.

It's just some insurance firm chancing a sale, nothing to worry about. But I was annoyed that they hung up quick then gave an long empty gapped automated answer when I rang back. Not worth the bother. Number has now been blocked.
