SCAM It was a recorded message threatening "Serious consciences" if I don't call the saying it was HRMC
Called me in the Caribbean?? Perhaps forwarded from Skype. Returned call and got silly message. My guess is some type of unsolicited sales call - although I have opted out of all calls.
