Had an unsolictored call from this company a few days ago. Asking about a car accident, I asked the woman for her company name. She said "Richmond Knight Legal". She said she is looking into an accident that I was involved in, and that there is about £4000 set aside for me as I was the victim. Please log all such calls with the Claims Management Regulator on 0333 200 110, as they are building up cases against such harrasment companies. Try and get some genuine contact information though, else they cannot tr

Called twice over a week asking then demanding to know whether someone lived here. I slammed down the phone when they became hostile.
Caller said he was from First Response an independent advisory body wishing to check that I am satisfied with how I have been treated after a recent road accident. He had all the details from a national database on which accidents are recorded. Said I could claim for any pain following the accident.
