SCAM call from a man with Asian accent who said he was BT Openreach. I asked him if there was a problem with my BT internet. He said yes, how did I know that? I said well why else would you be phoning me? He said it's been running very slow for the last few days to which I replied that it's come to a complete stop because I don't have BT internet. I then told him to do something that I won't repeat and hung up.

I have a Sky and 02 contract, different phones. I had a call from this number purporting to be 02 on my Sky phone; took me a while to realise! Offered me a 45% discount on my bill for 2 years with no catches??? Spoke in an Indian accent, very fast, so not easy to understand. Asked for my full name, which I queried as he was supposed to have my account records. However, not giving anything away, I did so but he misspelled everything. (Doesn’t even say positive for what) Fools! I attempted to look up the web address on my iPad and it came up as non existent. Presumably they would have tried to make me pay for them.

Called us 3 times to sell iPhone 14 pro max plus 256 gb for £35 a month with unlimited minutes, and texts + 1000 International minutes and free roaming abroad. It seemed to be fishy as £35 x 24 months= £840 while the same phone on its own from pc world currents on its own is £1250 - they say they are phoning from pc world currys -and the email they sent seemed flawed. They wanted us to pay about £39 delivery and our bank details for direct debit - but seemed dodgy so just ended the call.
