This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. SCAM reporting to come from HMRC advising a warrant has been put out for an arrest and to press 1 to go through to who’s dealing with it - never asked for anyone by name just a machine. Highly unlikely HMRC would call they would write if there was a problem.
