Said they were SKY, and knew i was ViP customer trying to offer a better deal. I went along with it as far as first and last name, once they asked for my address i said you are Sky you should know this already so I hung up. If it is genuine then i dont think they went about it the right way. If they are not, then i am happy i hung up.

Had a call from this number 01925394118 said they was from o2 and said the could reduce my bills but told them I was on the lowest tariff and happy with what I got for my money....
Rang me up 4 times in a row kept ignoring it until the fourth time answered said i had unpaid debt and asked for my bank details i asked what company he was from the debt was from couldn t answer i then heard laughing in the background i asked to speak to his manager another guy came on he asked what my problem was i then told them to either take my number off there records or i take matters to the police he hung up
SCAM. Very very noisy background. Sounded like Indian call centre with 100s of people nearby. During a pandemic!? Claimed to be BT Openreach checking service. Asked me how many lights flashing on box. I asked where lights would be. Vague response. He asked me to check back. My router doesn’t even have lights on back. Kept telling me to ‘switch off’. Switch what off!? Asked him to confirm customer name. He hung up.
