I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). I had a call from this number offering a new boiler for £17 per month. Pressed 5 and ‘Shona’ asked “how may I help you ?” I said “Hello Shona, before we start could you tell me who you are and how you got my number?” she said “err, no!” and hung up.

Been calling my phone several times a day for how many days already but I ve never answered the calls as its unknown to me. I don t want to be harassed by these people and have no way of blocking the number.

Just received a call from 08434100078. It waited for me to speak then told me to press 5 for refund. I stayed silent and it cut off after 20 seconds.

Claimed to be Natasha from Link Group, I refused to transfer her call to a director, but she allowed me to take a message, which she tried to make sound genuine and urgent. Clearly not.
