Claim to be Sky when they aren t. They ask why you left sky. When you explain that it was because you don t see the point in paying that amount of money for repeats that you don t watch/can get on freeview, and explain that they have previously phoned, they say they ll take you off of their list, but you ll still receive calls from them. I received a silent call today. Ofcom state that there should be a recorded message if there is nobody available to take your call. callThey are in breech of Ofcom s guidel
