Minicredit was pretty much forced to shut down as payday loan regulations increased. Debts were bulk bought by OPOS at first followed by kapama as a means to recycle the debts. They will be rude and aggressive as they are trained to. Theres a process tbey are forced to oblige too that can sometimes lead to the debt being shut down.
