Can anyone tell me who this is. I seem to get missed calls and when I try to call back. The call will not connect???? Very strange and want to know who’s calling!
Rang my home no today, no message left. I rang back, automated line says “This is Guys & St. Thomas Hospital. Don’t worry, we’ll call you back - if it’s urgent”. What?! First they send me a letter last week (3 pages!) to say I don’t fit their criteria for dental treatment, then they phone with this. I assume I’ll never get a return call as they already think I’m not urgent enough to treat anyway!
