Got a miss call. I called back and it was an old lady on the other end. I clearly stated that I got a miss call and was wondering who it was. The old lady very confusingly said "I havent called anyone" And I was like "okay, sorry, I just got a call, hence why but thats okay" She proceeded to say "go away" and cut the call

It looks as though they re back at work after the Holidays... received a call from SAM (who sounds American(?)) Said he was from Consumer Refunds or something! He asked for Mr Charles . I told him he had the wrong number to which he asked if I was the owner of the number. I asked if he was on to sell anything, I m not interested. SCAM This purported to be from the HMRC telling me that a tax fraud case had been made against me. Press 1 to speak to the case officer (not going to happen!) or a warrant for my arrest would be issued if the call was not connected (yeah right!). My phone displayed "Swansea" - Since I don t know anyone from here, apart from DVLA - I did not answer it because the only company from Swansea that I know is the DVLA, plus it came up on my mobile number which is registered with TPA.
