Called regarding a Road Traffic Accident that happened. They knew my name, my insurer, my vehicle make/model and the date of the accident. The caller said they were getting feedback on my insurer and was particularly interested in personal injury and whether it was settled. Most likely a discrete attempt at fishing for a potential personal injury claim.
SCAM / SPAM automated message saying they were agent Emily from HMRC about tax fraud. Asks to ring back in the same number to find out more. Scam call.
