This is harassment considering another company was harassing me for the same reason, though they were nicer about giving me time to collect evidence. SCAM Said they were O2. Very convincing. Sent an OTP, like a fool, I gave it to them. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. I’m a cautious type, but they fooled me

Woman called us (despite being registered with TPS, for what it's worth). She did not identify herself or their company clearly, and fired a barrage of questions at us, despite our refusal to interact with her. She said she could not remove our number from their database as "she hadn't completed her interaction with us, so we'd just receive further calls!". Her tone was extremely aggressive.
