Totally fed up with this caller leaving messages everyday about boilers.

This company is very aggressive and uses several tactics purporting to be an energy supplier or meter registration dept. They are energy consultants without qualms and trying to scare end users into agreeing a contract over the phone by saying that they are on extortionate out of contract rates, etc. Best way to deal with these people is to say you have signed a long-term contract and therefore not interested in their services. Called by this number today, said from Labour Party, questioned about why I joined as a registered supporter of Labour Party, was I a member of another organisation etc. I really took exception having to declare whether I voted labour in the last general election; irrespective of whether I did or not, that s my business! Since when do people have to tell others how they vote in at the polling booth!

Gave her name and the name of the company then said they were asking householders to take part in a survey, at which point I interrupted her with a two-word response. The thing is I m registered with the TPS and shouldn t receive calls like this.

Two different people have called me from this company over the past week, both pretending to be from EE and wanting to upgrade my "business contract" (I don t have one). I told them I wasn t interested but they were still quite aggressively selling, so I hung up and have now blocked the number.
