This number has rung me at 18.03 today 11 Aug saying if I did not want calls to ring a number that obviously could not remember, end of automated call. Guess ANOTHER SCAM

Bunch of scammers. They claim to be different debt collection companies, from different numbers. Been going on for years. You pick up, the automated call kicks in, leaving a message for someone who doesn t exist. In my case, they are always asking for someone called Mr Paul Roberts. Silence when I answered and hung up after 9 seconds. A recorded message of an American woman saying the number is not in service when I called back and automatically hung up on me.

Amex Customer Services checking a transaction for over £1k was valid. It was, but good to know they check!
