This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Dodgy guy claimed to be ringing from anti crime organisation in London. When asked why it was a Manchester number on caller identifier he stated that it really was London (!) but I could call 08000969345 to verify who he was. Googled that number but that turned out to be a taxi firm in Manchester. Really.... how stupid do they think we are?
