Caller was a woman with foreign accent who said she was updating telephone preference service. She asked me about my debit card. I asked her what relevance that had to what she was supposed to be doing. She then curtly replied to make sure I was paying my phone bills on time. I questioned her again and she told me that my telephone preference service would not be updated and promptly hung up.
