I should have ordered from a company called Community Direct brochures that I did not pay. Now I have to carry the costs of collection, though I was not given any brochures, one invoice. You could meet me but I could if I pay now, save 25%. I said that I want everything in writing, and so the man said that he would not have my address and I will say it through. Call received on Tuesday 25 August 2020 at 13:05.

When I answered the call a man said he was calling from a security company which installed alarms etc - I said I was not interested and he said ok and I switched off phone. It was to my mobile number which I have only given to friends and family - cannot understand how I am now getting calls on this phone mainly from phones which appear to be in the North of England. Lots of times no-one answers but equally I do not answer most of them as presume they are scams
