They call if you have had an accident andsay they want to act on your behalf but will not tell you where they have got your details from. Whenu ask they hang up Such a rude and untrustworthy company - who will not disclose who they are or where they are based. Put the phone down on them if they call.

It s particularly annoying as they are diverted to my mobile phone from my office number .... I have the privilege of paying for the divert ! I got about £26 of charges stacked up because I ignored the messages as they seemed like spam until I saw my phone bill... Then rang EE but they apparently can't give me a refund, but they at least have stopped more from coming through.. rang the number and they apparently have referred me to another team to get a refund but i dont believe it...

Claiming to be from virgin media and that they have been getting alerts from our hub and internet speed. Ask to check colour of lights on hub and to use a computer to enter an address so they can check and correct the issue. Dont logon computer or enter the address! Called 3 times in an hour different numbers and difffernt people. Checked with virgin media and its not them!

I was called by a man called Shane Bennet who tried to get me to buy itunes cards to claim £4,200 from PPI. I tried to call the court but could not get through to anyone so I had a look online. Whilst searching online I came across a website about fraud which led me here.
