Rang me at 12.20 am. Rang them back today several times to an engaged tone. Sick of these type of calls. Can we not involve the police? At best they are a nuisance. Made my heart stop at such a late hour.
I did not subscribe to anything but I have been charged - I couldn't understand why my bill was almost €30 over usual amount. I have not been able to stop it - I sent stop to this number but got no reply. What's strange about this is that I have not received any texts. The company seem to be taking money from me some other way.. Its very frustrating as I can't afford this extra charge!!

I said I had not and the person on the line said it would be okay but we must act quickly and run through some network checks. When I said I was on an Apple device (Macbook) he immediately hung up as these devices are less vulnerable. I recommend you immediately mention you have an apple device as any legitimate company would not terminate a call based on this inform
