This is I believe a Manchester UK Local area number left on my 1471 record. I do not recognise the number. On the tellows lokup, it comes up as an Indian number. I ll notify you if it calls again. The captcha looked like diw64, the d was mistaken for a p in the distorted image.

First they called tried to confirm that the were speaking to the person they were calling for. Annoyingly they would read back my address. This is a scam. They phoned me on my (not a smart) mobile. An automated American voice stated they were from HMRC informing me that I owed money and they were sending the dept collectors around.
