TOTAL SCAM. Please, please don t fall for it. Government grant of 8k for being a good British subject...I don t think so. Said to ring the number back with a code then given instructions to go to my local PO the next day; I would then have to hand over ?210 to get the 8k. I was told that I could not spend the money on gambling, drinking and such so I told him that i would spend the money on my disabled husband...not a flinch from him. Several calls from this number. No-one there, I get a message "Sorry it has not been possible to connect your call." It wasn t MY call. Nuisance marketing.

This is an automated message claiming to be Inland revenue stating that a fraudulent claim has been registered against my name and to press 1 or 2 to discuss with someone. PLEASE DO NOT PRESS ANYTHING, HANG UP THE CALL AND IF POSSIBLE BLOCK THE NUMBER!!!
Called following a loan application I made a few weeks ago - When told I no longer needed any advice he became aggressive/talking over me, I asked him to remove my details from his system and he refused, laughing when I quoted Data Protection Laws at him. THIS IS A COMPANY MIMICKING NUMBERS LOCAL TO THE PEOPLE THEY ARE CALLING IN ODER TO GET THEM TO PICK UP. VERY AGGRESSIVE.

This looks to be a scam. I telephoned this number after missing a call and receiving a voicemail message from someone calling himself "John" asking me to call another number. The above telephone number is an automated voicemail service(possibly USA), with no company name given or any indication of identity.
