This number starts fro 074 which I thought it's from mobile phone from someone I know. I texted them "who is this?" But they kept calling. My phone number is on TPS but they don't care. I blocked their number!
didn't answer.. as above Nottingham is 0115 9( and 0115 8 0115 is the area code, 9 was the first format adopted after 0602 went. 8 came later from diamond cable/NTL/Virgin. 7 is a high rate business line using a server in nottingham as a router hence the 0115 code but 7 is not an acctualy issued to public number.. so avoid at all cost's and don't phone back..
