When doing 1471 as waiting for news from vet etc or elderly relation in hospital, and calling this number, went onto your call is in queue. It is a scam and could be actually charging you. You have no right to call my home I am on TPS and we will do our best to get your prosecuted. ... the caller had a very strong Asian accent and greeted me, (eventually), with "good evening!". It was 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Took several seconds to connect and there were call centre noises in the background. Told me I'd receive details of a claim through the post in the next 2 days, which is nonsense, as I haven't made any claims. SCAM / SPAM 0203 468 5940 is more than likely a scammer . Male with Scottish Accent phoned asking if I had enquired about an Isa. I have not spoken or electronically enquired about an Isa in years. So a cold caller which I had thought was now illegal. Bad vibes. Don't divulge any details. He was pleasant enough but that in itself is a trick of the trade, and he as all scammers are thinking about there next bite. BEWARE.
