Called shortly after pick up to report a scratch found on car. Office was closed both times so hung up. 1 minute and 2 seconds in total - cost me almost 5 quid. Will never rent from Sixt again - what a rip off.

silent call

This is a loan scam, they say your accepted for a loan and then ask for an advance fee payment. You never see the loan and they deny they ever spoke to you, let alone give you the money back. Based in Mumbai India.

I have had about 6 calls from these people fed up now.

He opened the call...dont worry I am not selling Gas or electric. He then went on to ask if I wanted to sell my business. I said, if you had done your research properly you would see that I am not the owner, only a director. Head office overseas own it. He still argued with me, anyway on closing teh call I told him to wake up. he was the most NON dynaic person I have ever spoken to on the phone. Claimed to be a company called ESS. They said that they were aware that I had a boiler over 10 years old and that they were agents for Zanussi. When I told them that the number was registered with the TPS, the call was disconnected.

This is a number in Swansea used by TUI. I d called their usual Customer Service number regarding special assistance and this was the number they called me back on. Totally genuine.

I use this number to speak to their accounts team. I think it is actually the main switchboard number to get through to all departments you may require at TAPA.
