This number was used in call pretending to be my daughter needing almost £2000 luckily I caught on quite quickly and did not loose any money. Have to say conversations on Watsap were very convincing but I have all bank details to which they wanted money to be transferred and made them aware I had reported all details. Hope this helps someone else stay safe.

Claimed to be from RBS credit card fraud in relation to an SMS NHS Covid phishing attempt on my phone. Appeared plausible and had some detailed info on my account transactions, however, when calling the number on back of my card, they said they had no record of a call from RBS. Suspect they were trying to obtain additional information to also obtain on line banking log in.

Asked me how many lights flashing on box. I asked where lights would be. Vague response. He asked me to check back. My router doesn’t even have lights on back. Kept telling me to ‘switch off’.
