Government HMRC claiming and left voice mailing stating they are taking me to the County Court and I should call them. I called them and very noisy and not English speaking voice. Wanted my name, address and DoB. I put the phone down and they have called twice since. As I do not owe HMRC any monies, assume this is a scam. Can they not be stopped?

Caller then goes on to attempt to gain further details but becomes persistent when no interest shown in product/service/enquiry. Caller will state that the call is part of a legal duty to follow up.
