This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. 02034700214 Sounds like a not very credible scam to me. It's a recorded message claiming to be from tax office saying there's a fraud case with your name on. The Inland Revenue wouldn't contact you that way about anything, much less something as serious as a fraud case. I'd say it's both annoying and potentially dangerous if anyone is fool enough to believe it.
