Something to do with PPI Irequested that they remove my number from their list

Number called my mobile numerous times, when answered they hung up, blocked the number.

This number attempted to call a few times but, thanks to helpful information on this helpful website and thanks our clever new BT4000 phone, I have now blocked the number so that we shouldn t be bothered in future.

Might be a fraud, not 100% sure tho

Calling on multiple occasions, silence every time. Called the number which is not recognised. Also a loud intermittent click on subsequent legitimate calls.

When you answer your phone and if it s a number you don t recognise, DON T SPEAK JUST LISTEN! Wait for the caller to speak first and then decide whether to simply put the phone down. If it s a recorded message, it ll nearly always be a scam or a computer dialling a batch of numbers in sequence and trying to assertain if the number they have just dialled is a voice line. i.e. a private phone number. rang then dropped of to dial tone , no agent there.

Received call form this number and called back to see who it was. Apparently it is the company that handles upgrades on behalf of T-Mobile. They had called me in error as I am with O2. No problems when I informed them of this.

Guy called Dave left a message to call back on a 0777 number. Never heard of him. From hampton park ithink he said...
