Called me up saying they were from "Support Assist" and understood I had recently been in an accident. After it transpired that this was not the case, the charming man on the other end of the line said "you fucking idiot" and hung up. Tried to call them back to glean a little more information - an automated message tells you to email [email?protected] - which bounces back. I will track them down eventually.

I received a call from this number this morning. The caller had my name. When I asked who was calling, the man stated that it was Direct Claims Group regarding the minor accident I'd had. I replied that 'You must mean the minor accident that I haven't had!' and told him to get off the line. When I checked Companies House records, there were two companies called 'Direct Claims Group'. One was dissolved in 2018 and the other in 2019. So the call was definitely annoying and probably suspicious.
I received a call at 1130 28/07/2015. No sooner had I answered this call on my works mobile the line went dead.

Press 1 to accept, or 2 to Talk. Suspect call, as mentioned no customer name or bank name, and usually the landline is not used for any such services. Nevertheless checked with Banks. Text Message - SCAM Not a call but got a text from this number, supposedly from "Hermes", with what is obviously a fake weblink as they apparently 'missed' me yesterday in a claim that they tried to deliver something. Told them to p off, that I know it's a scam, to lose my number and blocked them.

As above comments, got a call out of blue caliming to be from Windows saying problems needed to be fixed on my computer, gave me a serial number that coincided with what is on my computer etc, then it turns out they want money for fixing problem and they wanted remote access to my computer, no no no!I kept them on for half an hour and he gave me this number to ring back
