I didn't answer but asked why he he was calling and he replied it was concerning Energy surveying going on in my area. I asked what survey and he said he wouldn't answer my questions if I wouldn't answer his. I hung up.
Ive been targetted and hounded as much as 18 xs in an hour. The scumbag kepted calling n calling i couldnt block them quick enough. Ive called the police even. These are the most vilest of scum. They have hundreds of pretend landline 01 and 08 numbers. I currently have around 70 blocked numbers. Dont andwer or talk to these scumbags. Block every unkown number. Three time now i ve had the exact same message from this number left on 1571. The girl says something very brief thats impossible to understand and then clear as a bell says "call us back on 01642 717507" as i said, it was the EXACT same message so to me looks like a scam to get you to call them back. they pay virtually no more than the initial connection charge for the voicemail and then you pay by calling them back for them to sell you whatever they are trying to sell.
