Unfortunately he spoke at the speed of sound, so when I asked, he said he'd speak slower, but then the line disconnected, so I didn't get to find out whether the caller was genuine or not. I am waiting for a call back from 111 since yesterday evening. I have had 2 calls from this number since, which disconnect when I answer the 'phone so I expect its just NHS telling me they are too busy to get back to me. I was rung late evening and early this morning (just after 6 am). Fotutately I was already awake!
