Claim to be from BT Openreach about issues with our router. Shame we’re not with that company. She kept insisting that even though we weren’t with them she needed to tell us about these issues with her router. When I challenged her about the fact that it was a scam and how could she live with herself and that BT had nothing to do with our router and couldn’t see our router she stuck to her guns that she was legit and needed to tell us what was happening with our router. I just hung up.

They put me through to a technician and they started getting a bit angry with me as I could not understand what they were saying because of their accent. Must have been taken back off the SPAM Callers Blacklist, as just had a call from 02038960132, on the Landline. Apparently, a recent survey has revealed that the insulation in our loft is illegal, and if we do not replace it, we will be fined by the Government. When asked how thesurvey was completed. Did they undertake breaking & entering, x-ray specs, or were beamed in by Scotty, he replied with 'Oh F*&$ Off you C*&$, I hope get cancer and die'!

I said hello, 5 or 6 times, there was a clicking on the line, then a foreign-sounding female voice finally said hello. I said "you took your time answering, didn't you" at which point the call was disconnected.
