Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618148xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Legal Advice Centre, RTA - traffic accident, PPI, insurance claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?

I said no 3 times to the bloke and also said not interested and he carried on, i even lost my temper and swore and he still carried on so i shouted at him and he still carried on and only went when i said go away in a loud voice.
