Bunch of liars!! Called me supposedly on behalf of British Gas(!!?) and told me as my current supplier she could offer me a new fixed tariff. I am not with British Gas. When I called her a liar and said a couple of other things relating to her wasting my time whilst at work, she said "same to you" and a number of VERY unpleasant expletives before shouting down the line and hanging up. If only I could get my hands on these effing people........

Got the same call like everyone else. As a trained insurance expert with 25 years experience, I asked them for the date of the accident (having not had an accident in the last 10 years) but they didn t know. I asked which company they were calling from and they said they were calling as they were my insurers. I asked them the name of the insurers and they hung up. I am sick and tired of dealing with claims brought by ambulance chasers such as this. Compensation culture at its finest.

This is Booking.com. It's a legitimate phone line. They telephoned me today as my booking through their website had been cancelled and they wanted to explain, in person, that my monies would be immediately deposited back into my bank account. They did not ask for Bank account details and checked my email address used when making my reservation.
