They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients. Some bloke called me at half past 10 saying i had hit his car and had left a note on his car. Baring in mind this number is from London and i live over an hour and a half away from london, and i am currently not driving at the moment, i find this very hard for me to have hit his car. He was quite aggressive down the phone, swearing and expecting me to pay for the damage. I then said could you read out the note and he hung up.

After caller introduced himself to me, I politely informed him that I didn't have time to speak right now and tried to ask him to ring another time. I was talked over in a rude and patronising way telling me he wasn't trying to sell me anything. I cut in with that's fine but I need to go. He then screamed blue murder at me!
