impersonation of BT = scam.
Called at 8:31 on Saturday morning with very heavy Indian accent, saying she was from BT and that we were downloading a lot of “infections” and wanted to know “what devices” I was using. I said she should know that if she was BT and that we have Macaffe protection. She insisted I tell her what “device” I was using so she could stop our internet from being disconnected.
