Scam number impersonating virgin money. I received a text which appeared to be from virgin money “this is your one time passcode to debit your account (amount) to pay (company). If this was NOT you call us on 03309124638” I called Virgin money directly using their actual number from the back of my bank card to report it, it’s definitely a scam.

Name of company was something or other polls. Caller had a heavy Asian accent and I think he has called many times before for different companies. Said he wanted to ask me only four questions about my use of brands but his first question was to confirm my address, at which point I hung up.

Fraud. Another BT scam call from a woman with Indian accent. Familiar voice from previous different numbers. When challenged, she started shouting and became abusive. The idea is to extort money from you and they will protect you online. I can see how some may be frightened and fall for this scam. So Be Warned And Don’t Respond.

Call center Lady calling from a Health Insurance provider insisting on asking a few questions that would take under a minute. Despite my polite response of not being interested she still pushed so I gave her a chance. They know my full name, postcode and house number and when asked where this data is from they said it’s from a public database. I wouldn’t call it harmful but definitely doesn’t understand the word “no”

They didn t give a damn about correcting a front window that was falling apart soon after installation - including the cill put in back-to-front. I have got to take my hat off to these guys being very sceptical at first having a telephone call but after 12weeks nervously waiting I have had a successful claim of ?9785 on my credit cards which I had no paper work for and two loans I had for cars dating back late 90 s I ve just booked for the family to go to Mexico !
