These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. I m reporting them and have also told them by text.Even tough I have them on autoreject calls show up!! Harrassment.They do not answer calls funnily enough, they call up to 8 times a day.They are going down! !

Number came up as Cannara B&B Malvern but echo and delayed Indian voice said "Hello ma'am, have a nice day" then hung up.

This was a private landline until it was hijacked and I was receiving constant abuse from people returning their calls. If anyone has the name of the company using it please let me know so I can pass it on to the fraud squad
