Call through out the night, early hours usually between 3am and 5am. Also call in the day, never talk just a bleeping sound to be heard. Never answer incoming calls.
Just called again 3rd time in 2 days. Automated voice says Barclaycard if you are Andy Low please press 1 if not press 5. Just hung up. Definitely a scam
Talked to them the first time,thay were saying thay were insurance and my tv insurance has expired,thay can do it for 150 i said no so thay droped the price to 97 pound for 3years cover,i said no, now thay pestor me 3 times plus a day.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19167199xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI refunds, accident chasers, insurance claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I don t know who they are but the company cannot be professional whatsoever if they constantly call people who are clearly busy and have better things to be getting on with. 100% recommend you do not answer the phone to them and block the caller.

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
