I am fed-up with these calls and everytime they call me, all I do was answer but not talk to them and just leave it til they disconnect the call themselves and that way that will teach them not to call me as I am DEAF!!! They are utter and complete morons!!!!

I stupidly thought it was my aunt Sue, and sent my mum, cousin and Nan s numbers. Claimed to be a company called ESS. They said that they were aware that I had a boiler over 10 years old and that they were agents for Zanussi. When I told them that the number was registered with the TPS, the call was disconnected.

A recorded voice said something about £200 and to press ...and they would....if no response from me. It had been marked as suspicious. I ignored it.
