I did not pick up and no voicemail left - the caller ID on my smartphone said it was Three but Three are my provider and would leave voicemail. Internet search says the call originates in Russia? I am surprised that Three use a Russian call centre?

Two interruptions from this number today. This is a TPS registered domestic telephone number, but with no message left on my answerphone I can only assume it's spam or a scam.

Claimed to be from the Telephone Preference Service. I asked them where they were and he said London. I asked how the weather was in London, and he said the weather was fine. I replied and said it was raining in London, to which he said that he likes rain so it is fine. I called him a liar, he hung up. Scam.

AO aggressive aftersales, using a no-doubt masked number. Female caller asked me to confirm my personal details - I refused given they had called me! It was framed to confirm my order, but was essentially a very sharp practice way to try and sell insurance. I asked if there was an issue with my order - she said 'no' very unconvincingly. Does anybody recognise this, suspect, phone number, 02392379223, from which I received an automated call earlier this morning? The ‘female’ speaking voice, claimed to be from ‘AMAZON’, and wanted me to give, account, details. Needless to say , I hung up and did a ‘Who called me’ phone number search, which showed it was from the Portsmouth area, I wasn’t aware that AMAZON was based in the UK, let alone Portsmouth.
