I rang back the number back, it went to voicemail "Jason here, can t come to the phone blah blah. . . leave a message . I did not leave a message but rang back again & a woman answered Hi this is Andrea from Play Lottery how can I help you . I checked all the contact numbers on the Lottery website & this isn t one of them!! Does anyone know what authority to report this obvious fraudulent number to?

Fraud suspected. Text message claiming to be from The Post Office regarding a parcel that wasn’t delivered because I was out. I was home all day. Text arrived at 2.26am and why would the post office text me about a parcel, especially at that hour? How would they know my mobile number? Obviously dodgy. I was rang and an automated voice told me that I was going to be arrested for tax evasion and fraud.
They called me repeatedly and at some point i just answered and although I didn t really understood what they wanted, they started asking for my personal information. At that point I clearly told them that I m not gonna reveal any of it. They hung up. Better for them
Believe that this number could be associated with Bank Payment scams. I had an automated call from the bank stating that they has identified to suspicions payments against my account and would I confirm 'yes'; or 'no'. When I confirmed that I knew nothing about them I was put through this number which was answered by a man who gave his name as a Paul Butler and stated that he was a member of the Bank Fraud team. A comment he made got me suspicious and I rang off/blocked

This comes up as a Liverpool number .of is a company dealing with PPI. Very polite young man who was straight to the point regarding what the call was for. After asking a few questions, the usual ones about whether I d had any loans, credit cards, catalogues etc, he said he would get the system updated so that they didn t call again. Just about the most polite call I ve ever had regarding PPI!!
