Left a message saying I had won ?100,000 and a email to contact them! Why are these people allowed access to phone numbers they should be disconnected. Government just allows us to be harassed and the vulnerable to get ripped off!

Had a call asking for bank details to continue my Amazon Prime membership during a trial. The call said it would take £80 (ish) in a couple of days unless bank details given. Went on to Amazon to find the trial finishes in 20 days... Be safe people!

2 missed calls on a sunday evening after 9pm?
The number called my friend and asked "how are you " on WhatsApp we didn't recognise the number so it is now blocked. We know no-one from Russia.
Second call received from this number. The first time they hung up as soon as I answered. The second time, I answered it, the bloke said that they were from "Consumer Helpline ", and "ringing about any finance [I d] taken out in the past ten years and any miss-sold PPI ", as soon as he heard me say that it was an "unsolicited call", and that "I m ex directory", the bloke hung up! I dialled 1471, and the above number appeared. When I tried several times to ring them back, I ve got a computerised message

They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Calling daily. I never answer and they never leave a message on answerphone. Only know its hellofresh because of comments here (thanks!) - I had a trial pack from them a couple of months back but didn t renew (Compares very poorly with ?10 meal deals from M&S or Waitrose).
