Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.

Calling later in the day, a man started by being friendly "How are you today", but when his introductory spiel mentioned he d be asking questions to find my opinion, I interrupted him to say I don t do surveys. I never answer unknown numbers (as a high percentage are PPI/"you ve been involved in an accident"/Debt/"You ve a virus on your computer" type of call - that I look up afterwards on these websites). I would be interested in who these people are. But because they never leave a message, it suggests (to me at least) that it is not very important,
