My paypal account remains unaffected.

Claimed to be a company called ESS. They said that they were aware that I had a boiler over 10 years old and that they were agents for Zanussi. When I told them that the number was registered with the TPS, the call was disconnected.

This number rang today but hung up part way through the answerphone message. After reading comments here and elsewhere, I rang and asked for our number to be removed from their database. The guy I spoke to was happy to do this and also happy to tell me that the third party from whom they receive numbers is Communications Avenue. Looks like these are the people we should really be shutting down. A quick Googke shows that they re based in Newark.
PPI company. I asked them to stop calling me. The caller proceeded to argue with me as she said that she has never called me before. I have reported to information commissioner.

Persistent offender of harassment calls. Uncle Buck Finance LLC. They disguise their caller id using literally dozens of different numbers, all of which transfer to collections. When challenged to identify themselves stating they are calling from UB. Despite MANY requests to stop calling, call several times a day and into the evening, 7 days a week. Had 8 phone calls of this number in the last 2 weeks, did not answer for most of them as abroad when home and did answer there was just background noise so hung up.
