Received a phone call from this number today citing consumer services and something about a refund due to an overpayment on a loan taken out within the last 12 years ( I haven t). I asked him for details on this loan and he questioned me back asking well haven t you? . I retorted back well you tell me since you re the one here calling me. He hung up. I call back and the same guy picks up and trys to pretend it was a colleague I had spoken to. He then hangs up again. Avoid this number people.

Harassment

Not a very clear line, callers voice kept coming & going. Selling electricity. Strong foreign accent & come out with weird comments that sounded something like your wife is beautiful - very odd. Not the sort of call you d expect or want at a business!

Aclinka/aclinica keep phoning about some account number 327543109 which noone in this household has.. we dont have any debts of any sort.. we have lived here 33years had the same number for over 20years.

Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. They left a voicemail which was an automated message saying press 5 to speak to an agent or 9 to opt out. Pressed 9 but the voice says you cannot sent a text to this number !!! Hung up and blocked!!

Said he was from Domestic and General asked for my name, and then said he could not hear me could I give it again which I did. I had cancelled a insurance with D & G and thought they were ring to make me change my name. He then asked for the first name of my address and post code, and again said he couldn t hear me and asked me to repeat it again. This is when I got suspicious and hung up. I rang D & G and they apparently do not keep a record of outgoing cals.
