Called about loft insulation. Said if was not a “selling” call it was a survey carried out to see if insulation was to standard. Then went on to say she Kew it was not to current standards but still denied it was a sales call. When I asked her to cut to the chase and not blindly following a script. They didn t give a damn about correcting a front window that was falling apart soon after installation - including the cill put in back-to-front.
